Ashcroft, a challenge to the 1998 Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act. Lessig was named one of Scientific American's Top 50 Visionaries. He is the author of The Future of Ideas and Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace. Professor Lessig is a board member of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and a Board Member of the Center for the Public Domain. Van Baker - is vice president at Gartner/G2. Mr. Baker's research team evaluates changes in consumer platforms, Digital Rights and Content Management issues, legal and regulatory issues as well as consumer behavior as related to the Internet. to that, he served as president of Capcom Entertainment, Inc., where

of Static Control Components Inc. Static Control has grown from sales
of less than $100 million in 1997 to over $250 million in 2002. David
Djavaherian
- an attorney. His practice areas include patent, copyright and trademark
litigation, contract and licensing disputes, and other business litigation.
Mr. Djavaherian currently represents Skylink Technologies, Inc., a company
that markets universal garage door openers (e.g. transmitters), in litigation
brought pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Hank Barry - a partner at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Hank was principal outside counsel to several pioneering Internet companies, including Global Village Communications, Looksmart, Liquid Audio and NetDynamics. From May 2000 through May 2002 Hank served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Napster, Inc. Michael Petricone - Vice President of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) where he manages the government affairs and technology and standards departments.
